Essential oils are pure, concentrated extracts distilled from over 400 aromatic plants. The plants contain hormones, antibacterial properties, pheromones and cell regenerating agents.

The extraction process concentrates the essence of the plant.

Of all the essential oils produced worldwide today approximately only 5% are available for aromatherapy purposes.
